THE $10,000 TEST DRIVE GIVEAWAY IS OPEN ONLY TO RESIDENTS OF THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA WHO ARE EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OR OLDER AS OF THE DATE OF THE TEST DRIVE. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Enter by taking a test drive at Steve Padgett's Honda of Lake Murray located at 750 Western Ln, Irmo, South Carolina 29063 and filling out and submitting an entry form through designated employees at the dealership. Limit one (1) entry per person per two month drawing period. Only qualified entries received within the four month period prior to the drawing will be eligible for the drawing to be held on the first Monday after the conclusion of the 4th month beginning September 1, 2020. An eligible entrant may only win a total of one (1) $10,000 prize per 12 month period. Neither Steve Padgett's Honda of Lake Murray or its employees are responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed entries. All materials submitted become the property of Steve Padgett's Honda of Lake Murray and none will be returned.

The $10,000 Test Drive Giveaway offers entrants a chance to win $10,000 at drawings to be held at the conclusion of every 4th month. By participating in the Steve Padgett's Honda of Lake Murray $10,000 Test Drive Giveaway, each entrant unconditionally agrees to abide by the Official Award Rules and the decisions of Steve Padgett's Honda of Lake Murray, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the $10,000 Test Drive Giveaway.
There will be a one (1) $10,000 prize awarded every (4) months beginning September 1, 2020. The winner will be determined by a random drawing from the qualified entrants’ forms submitted since the previous drawing. If a winner is disqualified, Steve Padgett's Honda of Lake Murray reserves the right to determine an alternate winner by conducting a random drawing of the remaining qualified entrants’ forms. Winners must hold a valid South Carolina Driver License proving Winner is a resident of the State of South Carolina and at least 18 years of age. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.
The $10,000 prize is provided by Steve Padgett's Honda of Lake Murray. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
EACH PRIZE WINNER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL EXPENSES AND TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH WINNING, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ALL LOCAL, STATE, AND FEDERAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF THE PRIZE. Winner must take possession of the prize no later than fourteen (14) days after receiving notice that the prize is ready to be claimed. Failure of the winner to take possession within such time will result in disqualification. All winners will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the $10,000 Test Drive prize and will be required to complete a Form W-9 at the time of receiving the $10,000 Test Drive prize.
Winners will be selected in a random drawing of all eligible entries to be held the first Monday after the end of the of the 4th month at at or around 12 p.m. beginning September 1, 2020. The $10,000 Test Drive Giveaway may be discontinued at any time, at Steve Padgett's Honda of Lake Murray’s discretion. WINNER NEED NOT BE PRESENT AT THE DRAWINGS TO WIN. If a potential winner is not present at the drawing, such potential winner will be notified by e-mail and/or phone, at Steve Padgett's Honda of Lake Murray’s discretion. If Steve Padgett's Honda of Lake Murray cannot locate a winner within seven (7) days of attempted notification, or a prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be deemed by Steve Padgett's Honda of Lake Murray, in its sole discretion, to be forfeited. Steve Padgett's Honda of Lake Murray is not responsible for any change of email address, mailing address or telephone number of entrants. Winners must pick up prizes in person during normal business hours within fourteen (14) days of verification of eligibility.
Steve Padgett's Honda of Lake Murray’s $10,000 Test Drive Giveaway is open to legal residents of South Carolina who are 18 years of age or older with a valid South Carolina driver’s license. Employees and immediate family members of employees of Steve Padgett's Honda of Lake Murray and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies are ineligible. This promotion is void where prohibited by law and is subject to federal, state and local regulations. The decisions of Steve Padgett's Honda of Lake Murray are final.

Acceptance of the $10,000 prize constitutes permission to use Winner’s name, biographical information and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation.
By accepting the $10,000 prize, winners release Steve Padgett's Honda of Lake Murray, their advertising and promotional agencies and each of Steve Padgett's Honda of Lake Murray’s officers, directors, agents and employees from any and all liability however caused with respect to this contest, the prize or any claims, demands, actions, or causes of action of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with receipt, ownership, or use of any $10,000 prize or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to or from any Test Drive Giveaway related activity and winners also acknowledge that said parties have neither made nor in any manner are responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation, promise or guaranty, express or implied, related to the Test Drive Giveaway or otherwise.
Steve Padgett's Honda of Lake Murray shall not be responsible for typographical, printing, website, or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other materials related to the $10,000 Test Drive Giveaway.
By participating, entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Award Rules and the decisions of Steve Padgett's Honda of Lake Murray, which shall be final in all respects. Steve Padgett's Honda of Lake Murray, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this giveaway. In the event that any potential winner (a) fails to satisfy any eligibility or verification requirement herein, (b) declines to accept the $10,000 prize, or (c) is otherwise determined to be ineligible, Steve Padgett's Honda of Lake Murray may, in its discretion, disqualify that individual. In the event a potential winner is determined to be ineligible, alternative winners are subject to all eligibility requirements and restrictions of these Official Rules.
